There was a lot of preparation and anticipation heading into this year’s Black Friday sale, and based on the number of orders that were placed, we sure made the most of it….together! That’s why we would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of the loyal customers who shopped with us during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday sale.
As we’ve said time and time again, you are what matters most to us, and to have your support during our largest sale of the year is something that we are eternally grateful for. As passionate gamers ourselves, we enjoy giving our fellow adventurers the chance to gain some premium goods for their collection for a great price. It’s amazing what a new playmat, dice set, mousepad, or board game can do, especially if you’re shopping for someone else.
Whether you did the shopping for yourself, another special gamer, or both, we appreciate you choosing and trusting us to be your supplier of gaming gear this year. And now that you’ve shopped, it’s our turn to ship. However, we want to remind you of just how hectic things can get this time of the year in regard to production and shipping. If you consider the usual craziness of the holidays and add the current state of the globe into the mix, you get delays and schedule changes that can affect both.
With that said, we’re just giving you a little heads up that there may be some delays in production and shipping orders out. In fact, we’re expecting to be at least a week behind in producing orders, on top of our normal production schedule. Shipping carriers have been experiencing delays of their own, which makes it harder for everyone all around. So, we thank you for your patience and understanding during these times of uncertainty.
We are so appreciative to have such loyal customers in our corner and we’ll never get tired of saying just how grateful we are to you for being the driving force behind our growth, year in and year out. We wouldn’t be able to do what we love every day/year without our most valued asset...YOU!
