We have created a Q&A that will knock your holiday socks off! So kick off your shoes, grab a friend, and join us by the holiday Q&A "hearth" as we go over the burning questions that you may have for our customer service team! 


Q: Can I still get free shipping when I spend $75 or more?

A: Yes! You still receive free shipping for orders of over $75 dollars or more, anywhere in the world.  Keep in mind that this discount applies AFTER all other discounts have been applied.  So you will need to be above $75 after your holiday sale discount has been applied.

Q: How do I change my image if I already uploaded one?

A: Please message .  If your order ships before your image can be changed, our return policy is a 100% no questions asked, so everything will work out in the end! 

Q: Can I place my order without an image if my artwork is not ready, so I don't miss the sale?

A: Yes.  You may place your order to receive your Black Friday discount with a "placeholder" image.  You can then upload your actual image later, but please notify us in your order instructions that this is what you intend to do. 

Q: What If I placed my order and the Black Friday discount didn't go through?!

A: Not to worry!  Go ahead and message us with your name and order number and we'll take care of you! 

Q: When is the last day I can order and still have the item arrive before December 25th?

A: Funny you asked! :P  We made up this chart with all of the information necessary!
