The holidays are here, and that means Inked Gaming’s Black Friday sale is back! Of course, with the busy nature of the holiday season and all that’s involved with our Black Friday, Cyber Monday sale this year, we imagine that you may have some lingering questions that need answering. That’s why we’ve created yet another holiday Q&A that all of our customers should skim over before the action really begins!
Speaking of which, let’s start with the when and work our way through the what, why, and how as we go along.
Q: When does the sale start?
A: This year’s Black Friday, Cyber Monday sale will begin at 12:00 am PST on Friday, November 26th, 2021, and last until 11:59 pm PST on Cyber Monday, November 29th, 2021! However, all those who sign up for our Consortium prior to the sale will have exclusive early access to the sale starting on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021
Q: What’s on sale?
A: Our 2021 Black Friday sale will include 25% OFF all regularly priced items (excluding bulk, clearance, bundles, and other discounted products) Furthermore, all Consortium members will be granted special early access to the sale, including all of the special discounts and rewards that go with it. While supplies last, U.S.-based customers who spend over $60 during the days of the sale will also be sent a voucher, which can be used to obtain a FREE limited edition Kai Plushie that’s coming to the site in January 2022. Again, this will only be available to customers in the U.S.
Q: How can I get early access to this sale and other exclusive perks?
A: Sign up for our Consortium program before November 24th, 2021
Q: Can I still get free shipping?
A: Yes, domestic orders will still be eligible for free expedited shipping on orders over $65* and international orders will still be eligible for free shipping on orders over $99* (Keep in mind your order total must be over the $65 or $99 thresholds AFTER all of the holiday discounts have been applied in order to receive the free shipping.)
Note: Due to the hectic nature of the holiday season (and the pandemic), we cannot guarantee international orders placed during Black Friday with free standard shipping will arrive on time for Christmas.
Considering the pandemic and the usual shipping struggles that come with the holiday season, we’re expecting at least 10-day shipping delays during November and December. That’s why we strongly urge you to get your orders placed sooner than later, in order to avoid these lengthy delays and ensure that your gifts and gear arrive on time for the holidays. Please see below for more information on our shipping cutoff dates for the holiday season.
Q: Can I change my image if I change my mind?
A: We may be able to do that for you, but only if your order has not been shipped. If your order has NOT been shipped, you can email us at Support@InkedGaming.com and we’ll cancel the order. After that, you can place a new order with the correct image. However, if your order has already been printed/shipped, we will not be able to change it for you.
Important Note: If you try to change the image after our Black Friday, Cyber Monday sale ends, you will not receive the discount on your re-order.
Q: What If I placed my order and the Black Friday discount didn't go through?!
A: Have no fear! Inked Gaming support is here! Go ahead and message us with your name and order number and we'll take care of you! Please note: Only one code can be used per order.
Q: When is the last day I can order and still have the item arrive before December 25th?
A: To ensure your orders arrive before the 25th, please order before the following dates:
Domestic US Orders:
Deadline date is December 10, 2021. However, orders placed up to December 18th can use 2nd Day Air for guaranteed delivery. Just be ready to pay a bit more for shipping.
Deadline date is November 30, 2021. Please be aware, since shipping is backed up right now, we will not be able to guarantee that orders placed with standard shipping during our Black Friday sale will arrive by Christmas. International orders placed during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday sale will have to buy DHL Express shipping in order to receive their shipment before the 25th.
Note: Due to the shipping uncertainty caused by the pandemic, these dates are subject to change.
