Affiliate Spotlight: Carbon Beaver

Whenever a new affiliate/artist joins the Inked Gaming community, they usually give us a brief bit of background that just covers the basics, which is great. But, because we’re naturally curious and always want to know more about the talented individuals who make up our community, we like to go beyond what’s written in the bio. That’s why we have our monthly Affiliate Spotlight features!

This month, we decided to shine the spotlight on one of our most talented and passionate affiliates: Carbon Beaver. Frequent visitors to our site have no doubt heard the name and/or seen their work by now. Yes, Carbon Beaver's awesome artwork can be found on almost every product that we produce, and each time we look through their collection, there’s always something new that catches our eye.

Just like all the previous Affiliate Spotlight interviews we’ve conducted, this one features a list of several silly questions that we asked Carbon Beaver. The idea is to give us and our followers a better peek behind the curtain/canvas, so to speak.

We started with the basics and then moved on to the more…quirky questions from there.

Who are you and what do you do?

Hello everyone! My artist name is Carbon Beaver, and I am from Athens, Greece. I've been an Inked Gaming artist, as well as an affiliate, for about 1.5 years now.

What type of content do you enjoy making the most?

That would be digital art, of course. Lately, I enjoy drawing landscapes the most, even though when I was starting out I was more focused on original characters.

Medieval Castle

What are some hobbies you do when you’re not creating new art?

Some of my hobbies are basketball, video games, and chess, to name a few.

What would be the coolest animal to scale up to the size of a horse?

Hmm, not sure about this one... I'll play it safe and say a dog :)

Redwood Forest

Which fictional character would be the most boring to meet in real life and why?

I think Sherlock Holmes would be pretty boring in real life. Doesn’t seem to have many interests other than solving crimes.

If peanut butter wasn’t called peanut butter, what would it be called?

Something like peanut paste or peanut spread would be my guess.

Freeths Nephroid

What’s the closest thing to real magic?

Dunking a cookie in a glass of milk without dropping it.

Do you know why the chicken crossed the road?

To get to the other side.

Forest Temple

Where can we find your awesome content?

You can follow me on Instagram here:

And we thank you for participating in this feature, Carbon Beaver! We hope you had as much fun as we did. We would also like to thank you, the reader, for joining us too. The plan is to conduct a new Affiliate Spotlight interview each month, so if you’ve enjoyed these recent spotlight features, be sure to keep a lookout for the next one that we have set for May.

Also, if you want to see more of Carbon Beaver’s work, you can click HERE or on the link(s) they left above.

See you next time!
