Happy holidays, everyone! With our Black Friday sale approaching fast, we’ve created a holiday Q&A worth checking twice!


Q: What’s on sale?

A: Our Black Friday sale is 30% off all printed products on our site. That includes playmats, mousepads, mat bags, dice bags, gaming crates, showcase binders, etc. But, that does not include gift cards, board games, or gaming accessories.


Q: When is the sale?

A: This sale will run from 12:00 am PST on November 29, 2019 to 11:59 pm PST on December 2, 2019. If you are on our Black Friday VIP list, you will be given early access to the Black Friday deals. 


Q: Can I still get free shipping?

A: Yes, domestic orders will still be eligible for free expedited shipping on orders over $30* and international orders will still be eligible for free shipping on orders over $75* (Keep in mind your order total must be over the $30 or $75 thresholds AFTER all of the holiday discounts have been applied in order to receive the free shipping.) But, please note there are only 3 weeks between Black Friday and Christmas this year. The best way to ensure your order arrives when you need it is to choose one of the faster shipping options that fits your timeline.

Q: Can I change my image if I change my mind? 

A: We may be able to do that. Please message Support@InkedGaming.com. We will give you instructions on how to upload a new image. Please note: if your order is already printed/shipped, we will not be able to change it for you. But fear not! We have a really easy Return Policy. Just reach out to the email address above once the order arrives and we will get you set up. 


Q: Can I place my order without an image if my artwork is not ready, so I don't miss the sale?

A: Yes. You may place your order to receive your Black Friday discount with a "placeholder" image. You can then upload your actual image later, but please notify us in your order instructions that this is what you intend to do.


Q: What If I placed my order and the Black Friday discount didn't go through?!

A: Not to worry! Go ahead and message us with your name and order number and we'll take care of you! Please note: Only one code can be used per order. 


Q: When is the last day I can order and still have the item arrive before December 25th?

To ensure your orders arrive before the 25th, please order before the following dates:

Domestic US Orders:

         Cut-off date is December 13, 2019

International Orders:

         Cut-off date is December 6, 2019
