Welcome to all gamers, smugglers, and bounty hunters. Here at Inked Gaming, we provide stellar customer service and easy shipping policies that even Mr. Solo wouldn't have to talk his way out of. Our whole goal is to make ordering off the internet or traveling through the galaxy to be as simple and easy as possible. The most important part of that equation is to ship as fast as we can. We could say that we ship faster than 12 parsecs, but did you know that a parsec is a unit of distance and not time. What was Han Solo getting at? Anyways, we are proud that our orders ship out in most cases within 5-15 business days of ordering, especially, since almost everything is made to order and not stocked. Free Shipping - All Domestic US orders over $75 are eligible for Free Shipping*. We do not currently offer free shipping on International orders.

 *Eligibility is checked for after any sales/deals/discounts are applied. 

Shipping Carriers - We ship orders through DHL, USPS, FedEx or UPS. We reserve the right to choose between the carriers based on delivery time and location. We will get the package out the door quickly but cannot account for any delays the carriers might have.

Delivery Guarantee: This add-on will be available to add to your order at checkout for an additional small fee and it will guarantee your order will get to you, regardless of being lost in transit, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the event that any of these things happen and you purchased our guarantee, you can then reach out to us at  and we can get a replacement set up for you!

Delivery Days: Please note due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times may be a bit longer than normal due to the extra safety protocols, and short staffing the carriers are experiencing. 

  • Standard Shipping: Packages are typically shipped in 5-12 business days and normally will arrive within 5 business days for Domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: Packages are shipped in 5-12 business days and are usually handed off to the local postal system once they reach your country. They usually arrive in 10 to 18 business days. 
  • Free Shipping: Carrier and method are at our discretion. Time frame is typically in line with either of the above. 
  • Priority Shipping: We ship this via a carrier at our discretion. Carriers will be chosen by our shipping team and will always be the fastest projected ship time.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Due to the nature of the Military Post system some bases may take up to 2 to 5 weeks for orders to arrive. 

Shipping Confirmation with Tracking - We will always email you when your order ships with a tracking number included.

International Orders:

  • For International orders when your order is handed off to the local postal service you can find their tracking number under "Delivery by USPS Int'l" or "Delivery by Postal provider" in the upper right-hand box on the tracking page.
  • Due to their size, the 48x48 and 48x72 inch Wargaming Mats are not able to be shipped internationally to most countries outside the US and Canada.
  • Additionally, at this time the Puzzles, trading cards, magnets, Funko Pops, t-shirts, and other marked products are not able to be shipped internationally.
  • On International Orders, please note, that you are responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that may be charged by your country’s customs office once the order reaches the border.
