Artists: Christopher Stewart

Early on in my childhood I read comic books along with the science fiction novels my mother read. The artists on those covers and the illustrations within those books inspired me. Artists like Whalen, Morrill, Frazetta, Vallejo, Golden, Byrne and Perez drove me want to know more about art.

The images that I create are influenced by the foundation of iconic, epic characters and mythic archetypes that I have read, watched or learned about. 

I find the heroic journey and it's aspects a wellspring of creativity and I share those images I draw from with you.
