Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of Destruction Booster is coming in 2024!

If you look through some of the headlines circulating in the TCG world, you’ll agree that 2024 is set to be an awesome year packed with all kinds of sweet treats and updates. According to Konami, a new Yu-Gi-Oh! booster pack has been put on the calendar that will invite players to relive some iconic duels. Specifically, the final duel between Yugi and Atem. 

These booster packs will showcase an impressive array of cards, with revitalized editions of beloved classics like Silent Magician, Skull Guardian, Gandora, and more. Additionally, you'll discover a selection of new monster cards and Melodious cards, featuring a duo of Pendulum Monsters that come into play when used for Fusion Summons.

Here’s a breakdown of all 100 cards included in the Legacy of Destruction Booster set:

• 10 Secret Rares
• 14 Ultra Rares
• 26 Super Rares
• 50 Commons

Legacy of Destruction will become available on April 26, 2024. As it is, our calendar is already circled and highlighted with dates throughout 2024, and now it looks like we’ll have to make room for another reminder. We suggest you do the same.

Pokémon TCG Illustration Contest Deadline!

If you haven’t started sketching your art for the Pokémon TCG Illustration Contest, you may want to step things up a bit and move that digital paintbrush a little faster. The deadline for submissions is a little over a month away, and based on the theme for this year’s contest, the judges should have a lot of awesome entries to look over. 

In case you didn’t know, this year’s theme challenges artists to bring “Magical Pokémon Moments” to life using popular Pokémon, such as Charizard, Pikachu, Eevee, Feraligatr, Flygon, Absol, Bidoof, Melmetal, Amped Form Toxtricity, or Koraidon. There are a multitude of prizes available for those who place in their respective categories, and the winner will have their creation printed on a promotional Pokémon card.

All entries must be submitted by 5:59 a.m. PT on January 31, 2024. Whether you’re just getting started or adding some finishing touches, it’s best that you get your entry submitted. Visit Pokémon’s official website for more information!
