Latest Yu-Gi-Oh News!

On February 4th, Yu-Gi-Oh celebrated its 25th Anniversary, and will continue to celebrate the quarter-century milestone throughout 2023! In addition to the anniversary, and the special project they have planned for it, Konami also announced the return of the Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship. 

For the first time since 2019, Konami will be holding a World Championship that will determine the best Yugi TCG, Duel Links, and Master Duel players in 2023. Of course, this long hiatus is a result of a world event that seemed to stop all launches and planned events in their tracks. Even though things are still a tad rocky, Konami is confident that they can move forward with their schedule to launch the World Championship later this year.

The plan is to host the World Championship tournament in Japan this August. Right now, August is sort of a long way off, which is why details about the tournament are a bit scarce right now. For us, and other passionate duelists, just knowing there’s a plan in place for another championship this year is enough…for now. 

Again, the tournament will welcome all those who qualify from those three categories (TCG, Duel Links, and Master Duel) and crown the best duelists from each. At least that’s what we know for sure so far. We’re going to keep a close eye on this event as it unfolds and as updates are announced over these next few months. When those official updates are revealed, you can bet that they will be posted on social media and the official World Championship website HERE.

We’re showing love to the animals this Valentine’s Day!

Our team couldn’t wait to flip the calendar to February this year! Valentine’s Day is always a time to spoil your partners and loved ones. However, in 2023, we’re doing things a bit differently and making this month all about our two-winged and four-legged friends.

We plan to send a generous donation to a cause that’s been committed to the caring, safety, and welfare of animals since the 1950s. Because of the work they do every day, the Humane Society holds a special place in our hearts, and we wish to support them in any way we can.
