Returns Policy

We at Inked Gaming want our customers to be completely satisfied and excited about their orders. If there is ever an issue with your order, submit your return within 72 hours of receiving your package and provide your order number along with a photograph that indicates the problem. We are more than happy to reproduce or refund any orders that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

If you have changed your mind before your order has been shipped, please contact us at to let us know and we’d be happy to cancel your order.

Returns for custom orders require a 50% restocking fee. If you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size, or prefer a different product, you can submit a custom return within 30 days of delivery. 

For store artwork and unopened supplies/accessories, you are able to submit a return within 30 days of delivery. 

That being said, there are a few products we can't accept returns on. They are listed below. 

- No returns on gift cards
- No returns on card singles
- No returns on opened supplies/accessories
- No returns on opened or unopened card packs and boosters
- No returns on gift subscriptions
- No returns on mystery boxes or products

    Before a return can be processed it needs to be verified that the order was placed at and was ordered within 30 days. After 30 days all orders are final. Orders placed with a 3rd-party do not qualify for our return policy as we cannot guarantee the quality or condition. 
  • Repackage your return and include the RMA #. You don't have to ship it in a tube to send back to us, but we do need you to include a piece of paper with the package that has your name, order #, and RMA # written down.
  • Ship the package back to us.

Shipping Charges & Other Fees - Customers do need to cover the shipping costs back to Inked Gaming for return reasons unrelated to quality. A 50% restocking fee is required on custom product returns for reasons unrelated to quality. There is no restocking fee for store artwork and unopened supplies orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Order - In that case, that would be our bad. We do need to be notified within 72 hours of delivery of the damaged or wrong item and then we may be able to reprint and reship your correct item. Please submit your return here and also include an image of the damage/issue and we will take care of you right away.
