Alan. Mr. Topp if you prefer. He keeps it simple and to the point. He works with ink. He works on paper. He sees it; he draws it. He’s a
man of few words, even less in person than on paper. Mr. Topp has always enjoyed art. He made it official through Metropolitan State University of Denver. He was made aware that there are others who like art. Therefore, he decided to teach children. Some dig it, some don’t, and that’s okay.
