Keep your cards safe and secure in a deck box with heavy-duty construction and a smooth satin touch. The secure snap-lock feature will keep your cards safe while you're not using them and the dice compartment at the bottom will make it easy to keep everything you're going to need for the game in one place. Designed for 100 standard double-sleeved cards.
This was my first deck box I've purchased specifically for a 100 card MTG commander deck. My other deck box is an Ultimate Guard Boulder, which I was told would be a little snug for double sleeved cards. What sold me on this product specifically was a combination of the price, and the idea of the bottom compartment for dice and tokens. In terms of being a deck box to hold 100 double sleeved cards, it works great. I've even found that the removable top works to hold my deck sideways in the case of an uneven surface that might cause the stack to fall over. So in this regard, I have no complaints. The reduced star is for two reasons: First, I find the lid and bottom compartment a little hard to remove, in a similar manner to the Boulder I have. I suppose it's more secure, but I'm always afraid that when I open the thing, my cards will go flying everywhere like they sometimes do with my other deck box if I'm not careful. Second, the bottom compartment doesn't fit most of my dice. It barely fits the spindown dice I've collected from the various pre-releases I've gone to, but doesn't fit my oversized spindown d20 that I tend to use for life, nor my various d6s I usually use for counters. Furthermore, while it's not advertised as being able to hold tokens, I assumed that if it could hold a 100 card deck, that the bottom part would be long and wide enough to lay a few cards down in there. I guess that's on me for not looking at measurements ahead of time, but it's still a little disappointing when I've heard recommendations before that the purpose of this compartment is 'for dice and tokens'. That being said, it's not like I spent a mint on this (though I know some of the fancier colors are a little more expensive, but I think I spent 11 dollars on mine) and it does what it's primarily meant to do, which is hold 100 double sleeved cards extremely securely.
Awesome. It was a gift and she loves it.
