The Supply Drop Box is a mystery bundle of TCG gear and accessories that we ship to our subscribers each month. All those who subscribe can expect to receive a monthly delivery of gaming essentials and fun TCG goodies at their preferred address.

Good question, but since each box is packed with mystery in mind, the contents are a secret until you open your box. All we can tell you is that boxes are likely to include licensed gear from your favorite game, gaming essentials (like deck boxes, sleeves, etc.), card packs to break, and unique products we design and produce in-house. The gear in your box will be worth more than the $30, $60, or $100 value you selected. We also do our best to include your chosen favorite color somewhere in your box, though this is limited to availability. 

Beyond that, you’re just going to have to trust us when we say that you will receive top-quality gaming gear from the best brands on the market in your Supply Drop Box (plus some extra goodies from time to time). The only question is, are you willing to take a chance?

If you order more than one box in the same month, you may receive similar or duplicate items.

We’re glad you asked! Signing up for your Supply Drop Subscription is a simple and speedy process. You’ll need to create an Inked Gaming account, or login if you already have one. You’ll begin by selecting your favorite game, then your favorite color and the size of the box you want. After you’ve chosen an Essentials, Elite, or Epic box for the game you play, all you have to do is proceed to checkout. Done!

If you know another special gamer who can use some fresh gear for their favorite game, the Supply Drop Box can be the perfect gift. We made gifting these Supply Boxes a quick and simple process with our Supply Drop Gift Subscriptions. Just as you would for yourself, all you have to do is choose your friend’s favorite game from our list and select the size of the box that you sent to their location (Essentials, Elite, Epic). You can also choose the duration of the subscription. From there, just add the Gift Subscription to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Double-check that the shipping address belongs to the person receiving the gift, and we’ll send a box to them for the next 1–3 months!

The cost of your Supply Drop Box depends on which one you select. We have the Essentials Box for $30, the Elite Box for $60, and the Epic Box for $100.  We can tell you that the contents of those boxes will be worth more than the $30, $60, or $100 value you selected. With big-name brands such as Dragon Shield, Ultra Pro, Gamegenic, and Ultimate Guard, you’ll be getting top-quality gear for a great value. And with licensed products from your favorite game, you'll be playing in style. We’ll also be throwing in new, exclusive items every now and then that will make for a fun surprise when they arrive at your door.

Essentials – As of October 1, 2022, the Essentials Box has a $5 shipping charge. We understand that this shipping cost is not ideal, however, with the continued increases with shipping carriers in recent weeks, we had no choice but to add a shipping charge to this box in order to continue offering it.

Supply boxes will ship out within 5-7 business days from your first payment and then start recurring every month. You will then be charged once per month on the date ordered, or the nearest date if that day doesn't exist in that month, unless you pause, edit, or cancel, and your box will ship again another 5-7 business days after the charge.

When you sign up for the Supply Drop, we give you the option to select your favorite game as well as your favorite color. These details can help us to determine which and what kind of gear to include in your Supply Drop Box, although we can't guarantee we'll be able to find items in your favorite color, we’ll do our best to include it somewhere in your box. From here, everything else will remain a mystery until the box is delivered to your door. Remember, we’re gamers too, so you can trust us to know what we’re doing!

The Treasure Chest is a surprise within a surprise! We randomly select 1 out of about every 200 subscribers to receive a complimentary upgrade of that month’s box. These lucky boxes will be worth at least double the value of the standard Elite Box, for no extra charge! Managing your active subscription(s) is fairly simple. Just log in to your account on our site using your email and password and click Manage Subscriptions. From there, you will have a host of options/actions to choose from, which you can use to edit your subscription. Those options include:

• Canceling a subscription

• Updating billing information

• Skipping a delivery

• Updating your shipping address

• Adding a product to your subscription

• Swap a Product

We’re definitely sorry to see you go, but we made it as easy as possible to cancel subscriptions through your account. Log in to your account on our site and click Manage Subscriptions. Click on the Subscriptions tab and select the subscription you want to cancel. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page and follow the onscreen steps to finish canceling. Then you’re done! If you ever want to reactivate, simply log back into your account, select the inactive subscription on the Subscriptions tab, and click Reactivate.

Absolutely! We understand that situations change and that you may have to cancel your subscription for whatever reason. If that’s the case, you can simply reach out to us directly or refer to the steps in your email/account and your subscription will be canceled right away. No problem. You also have the option to pause your subscription if you just need to take a break.

If you ever need to update your billing information, all you have to do is access the Payment Methods tab in your account and select the Payment Details option. From there, you will be able to edit the payment method that you want to use for each subscription you're signed up for according to the shipping address profile. You can also use this option for any Gift Subscriptions you’ve ordered for a fellow gamer. The Subscriptions tab allows you to view, select, and individually edit the different subscriptions you're signed up for.

We know how unpredictable life can be, so if you need to skip a Supply Drop delivery for any reason, you can do so from the Subscription tab. Just select the subscription that you want and click on the Skip Shipment option. You can also do this from the Delivery Schedule tab, which will let you select a Skip option for the corresponding date of the delivery.

Easy-peasy. Anyone who needs to change their shipping address for future drops can select the subscription on the Subscription tab and then click on your shipping address. You will have the option to edit the current address, choose from a list of previous addresses you've used in your account, or add a whole new address.
