Inked Gaming’s Paw-Some Valentine’s Day

We know that Valentine’s Day falls on February 14th, but here at Inked Gaming, we like to think of February as Valentine’s Month, meaning we want to spread the love for all 28 days. While we always like to show love for our fellow gamers/customers, we also wanted to use this special time to show some love for the four-legged friends that love and support us every day!

Pets are a huge part of our lives. In fact, there are more than a few of us who have pets that watch us work all day long. They keep our spirits up and our hearts warm even during the toughest days. That’s why we’re making this month of love all about the animals. Hence our Paw-some Valentine’s Day Fundraiser!

Throughout the month of February, we’re going to be raising money for our Paw-some Fundraiser, which will look to support a local non-profit organization that needs help. How do we plan to raise this money? Well, that’s where you come in.

We have a special collection of goods listed on our site right now. We’re calling it our Paw-some Valentine’s Day Collection! This collection consists of all kinds of premium goods/gear, including playmats, mousepads, dice bags, and mat bags. One thing that all of these pieces have in common is that they feature beautiful pet-themed designs, compliments of the talented artists in our community. Here are just a few cute examples of what you’ll find in this collection:

Now comes the fun part!

Anyone who purchases a piece from this collection will be helping us donate to the SafeHaven Humane Society. For those who don’t know SHHS is a non-profit animal shelter based out of Tangent, Oregon, which is just 15 minutes away from our home in Corvallis. SHHS serves the needs of over 2,000 pets (mostly cats and dogs) each year by providing them with food, shelter, safety, and adoption assistance.

This brings us back to our Paw-some Valentine’s Day collection. For all of February, we will be donating 10% of all purchases made from the Paw-some Valentine’s Day collection to the SafeHaven Humane Society. If enough of our fellow gamers/pet-lovers shop this collection over the next few weeks, the SHHS can be looking forward to a nice chunk that will go a long way for a lot of felines and K-9s who are looking for a fresh start.
